What is stored in your browser
One item, in your browser’s session storage (not a cookie):

It stays on your device. It is sent to us only if you submit an enquiry, along with the rest of the form. You can block session storage in your browser settings and the site still works.
What we don't use
- No analytics or visitor-tracking tools.
- No advertising, retargeting or social media pixels.
- No embedded maps, videos or chat widgets. Fonts are served from our own site, not from Google.
- No login for visitors. The staff area uses a browser password prompt, not a cookie.
Other sites you open from here
Links to Google Maps and WhatsApp open those services in a new tab. They may set their own cookies under their own policies. We don’t control them.
If this changes
If we add analytics or anything else that stores data in your browser, we’ll update this page first, tell you what it does, and ask for your consent before it runs where the law or good practice calls for it.
The law, briefly
Australia has no cookie-specific law. What applies is the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which covers personal information however it is collected, and the Australian Consumer Law, which covers misleading conduct. Our privacy policy sets out how we handle the details you give us.
